Resident Care Support

Resident satisfaction is very important to us at IMM.  If you have an item that you would like to review with our management team please submit your information below.

• If you have a maintenance request, please log into your resident portal to submit your request, or you can also call in maintenance requests.
• If your residence has an onsite office/manager, we do request that they are your first point of contact regarding any items needing management support.

Please note that resident support submissions submitted below will be submitted to, and reviewed, at our corporate management level.
